INITIAL ON-SITE CONSULTATION

You bring the vision; we’ll bring the ideas. During your consultation, your designer will walk your property, listen to your goals, and discuss layouts, materials, and features that complement your home and lifestyle. This step ensures your design direction and investment goals are aligned from the start.

DESIGN CONTRACT & CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

After your consultation, you’ll receive a design proposal outlining what was discussed. Once approved, you’ll create a client account where you can access plans, messages, and updates throughout your project. Design fees typically range from $1,500–$4,500+, depending on project size, and include concept plans, a detailed site review, and custom 2D or 3D renderings. This investment ensures every project begins with clarity, creativity, and direction.

DESIGN TIME

This is where your vision takes shape. Using insights from your consultation, your designer will create a plan that reflects your goals, property, and budget. You’ll review layout options, material suggestions, and three investment tiers (A/B/C options) designed to help you make confident choices that fit your priorities.

DESIGN PROGRESSION & MATERIALS SELECTION

Your designer will meet with you to refine details and finalize selections, from stone finishes and lighting to decking and plant palettes. If your property is part of an HOA, we’ll prepare all documentation needed for approval before construction begins. Our team manages all permitting, coordination, and revisions to keep the process smooth and stress-free.

FINAL PRESENTATION & BUDGET PROPOSAL

At this stage, your design is complete and ready to bring to life. We’ll present your final plan and investment proposal, review materials, and confirm phasing or scheduling options as needed. You’ll leave this meeting knowing exactly what to expect before construction begins.

Flexible Financing Options

For qualifying projects, Element Outdoor Living offers financing through Lyon Financial, a trusted lender specializing in home improvement and outdoor living projects.

Financing can help you move forward with the right scope, materials, and timing while spreading payments over time. Many clients use financing to phase larger projects or align their investment with long-term plans for their home.

Your designer or project manager can walk you through available options and help determine whether financing is a good fit before moving into contract.

Financing availability and terms are subject to approval through Lyon Financial.

INSTALLATION CONTRACT

Once your proposal is approved, we’ll prepare the installation agreement and submit any final HOA paperwork. With everything in place, your project is officially added to our build schedule. As a licensed general contractor, we manage every trade in-house, including masonry, carpentry, lighting, drainage, irrigation, and pool construction.

PROJECT INSTALLATION

Construction begins under the guidance of your dedicated project manager. You’ll receive regular photo updates and progress reports through your client portal. Our crews maintain a clean, safe job site, and every feature is installed with precision and care to bring your design to life exactly as planned.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH

Once your space is complete, your project manager, designer, and crew leads will meet with you for a detailed walkthrough. Together, we’ll review every feature, confirm functionality, and go over maintenance recommendations, warranties, and system operations to ensure you feel confident and excited about your new outdoor space.

ONGOING CARE & ESTATE MAINTENANCE

After completion, our estate maintenance team can continue caring for your property with a full-service program that includes turf care, pruning, soil testing, and irrigation assessments. Every project includes a 90-day warranty, extended to one full year with ongoing maintenance. This proactive care keeps your investment looking its best season after season.
